Not sure if this is more interesting or not.

...But here it is.

Sometimes I find I forget my dolls can stand on their own power.

(this is actually a terrible picture. As odd as it may seem, I am glad to have my camera back-- while it DOES NOT WORK as a tourist camera at all due to pathetic battery life, it takes marginally better close-ups in my room's pathetic lighting than the one I borrowed from [livejournal.com profile] grauwulf, which did extremely well from the train except for being set on some weird "wide screen" proportion the whole trip without my realizing.) The untidy pile of fabric is what Lady's tacky '70s dress may one day yet be made out of.

I'm also slowly actually adding other doll people to my friends list; I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, since I'm horribly torn between wanting [[at least three, probably more]] more dolls, and making a concerted attempt not to buy any more resins ever, since I don't even have space & time for the ones I have. I could give you a rather long tirade about dolls I want, and why I want them or why I want them to be different so I will want them-- in fact, a bunch of it is in the comments a few entries back. But I think the world will be a better place if I go to sleep instead of repeating myself.

No, I'm thinking of going to look at it tomorrow. I'm going to rent a car so that I can get to my scuba class and run some errands (like getting a bloody washing machine, E-star/sideloader/bells+whistles.... :) so while I've got it I was considering going to check it out. We'll see.

Ooh, washing machine! I shall have to drool over its beauty, elegant design, and energy efficiency at some point, then...
