I cleaned out and vacuumed my car (since when I went to get out the vacuum cleaner hose I discovered it had been left in the garage) and then vacuumed the worst 2/3 of the downstairs. Head is feeling slightly less ick, so perhaps I'll trade off and attempt to do something project-like for a while before tackling the velvet bits in my room.
