another week, another goal set...

It is possible that I'm a little bit behind in my SCA clothing making... I just hauled this armful (most of it a pennsic & a half worth of Carolina Calicoes purchases) down from the craft room to do some cutting on the table downstairs, and that makes no reference to the 3 boxes in the basement labeled some variant on "perioid fabrics" which I guess I'm saving for later. (definitely the wool is being saved for later, anyway) The white stack in this picture doesn't count, though, as it's partly generic cotton muslin, out for the purpose of *being* muslin, a couple patterns, and the linen that grauwulf won as a tourney prize the other week, which needs pre-washing before I do anything with it. Sadly, it just missed this week's white load this morning, so that may be a while.

Now to clear off the dining room table...

(ETA-- belfebe; the fabric store in baltimore that I mentioned last night is Guss Woolens and the above pile of fabric is probably why I haven't made it there yet. It was recommended to me by one of the local doll people, who says she's found good wool for miniatures there, so I suspect they have pennsic-weight wool also.)
