16.5k, and hopelessly self-indulgent

It's a rainy friday afternoon, and I was just not-sick enough to justify going in to work, but still sufficiently ick to plan ahead on bailing early. And all day, since I was driving in this morning, I've been thinking about this list:

I want:

*for everyone to leave me alone and let me write
*for my brain to concentrate and let me write when I do have the chance
*to spend the weekend with grauwulf and not have to worry about word counts
*not to have to go in to work
*to get to play with the cool stuff from FEMA-land (bones, and ceramics...) instead of counting dirty quartz shatter at work
*to have the inspiration or decisiveness to find a new job that I actually want to do more often
*not to be sick
*to have time to sew for my doll, and make something loose-fitting for the new one so she'll be clothed when she gets here
*to know when the new doll is shipping
*more sleep
*to fence and climb, with the muscle tone I had this time last year
*to get to see some of my friends who live on the "far" ends of the earth (well, starting as near as philadelphia...) who I never talk to
*more time, more space, less need for stuff...
*to go to the bead bazaar and look for doll-sized findings (although they have another one in April, which seems like a better idea)
*not to waste so much time making lists on LJ
