back in the field
Jun. 6th, 2006 08:57 pm...which is good, mostly; the weather is very nice, the woods are nice (and not full of either poison ivy or ticks! how did that happen?) and I have realized that I don't actually have to get up until 5:45 to get there on time, as it's at the near end of the long windy road we usually drive out in this area.
But if I want 8 hours of sleep, which is nice, especially when I'm planning on digging holes and stuff all day, and then going out to climb things in the evening, that means I'm entirely justified in going to bed in half an hour. How unsociable. (never mind that all I'm doing this evening is sewing fencing shirts...)
