...because I have had I think about five minutes of human interaction in the past three days and the people I want to talk to or hang out with are either definitely busy/at work and thus not worth calling, or not answering the phone, and therefore presumably also busy... And the cat is trying to be friendly by sticking his wet nose into my armpit. eew.

So I'm at 5.5K and decided against a random moose in the lilypond in favor of reintroducing the sorcerer who is becoming progressively less scottish as I lose whatever concept of dialect I started out with, and there remains a total lack of plot. If I were a virtuous person, I would write another 500+ words right now, but clearly I am not.
