"just dried leaves, boiled?"
Jan. 12th, 2008 09:02 pm48 fl oz cran-raspberry juice
at least 10 of the 15 oz mug full of tea...
I have no idea why I'm keeping track of this. Except that I'm sore throated and sniffly and would really appreciate being able to breathe consistently. Not to mention focus sufficiently to do something useful. Ow.
So, new year's resolutions? I'm going to be having a firm talk with my immune system. We're going to discuss the days in which I got sick once, or possibly in extremity twice a year, and actually stayed healthy the rest of the time. Yeah. Just as soon as it stops hurting to talk again...
I managed not to buy anything online, wrote about three sentences of story, and got as far as taking the green dress off my doll to try to fit her with jeans, which I gave up on in disgust after an hour or two of managing to pin on a mock-up with everything but the crotch seam, and my brain wasn't up to dealing with drawing up a first pattern attempt. Bah. There ought to be something mindless I could be doing, but I'd have to start doing it, which takes willpower and dedication. So I think I will go back to reading children's fiction until I am tired enough that I'm no longer too uncomfortable to sleep. Bah.
