Lady Macbeth always wears a red dress
Mar. 18th, 2008 11:08 pmSo we went to the *highly acclaimed* production of Macbeth at the Folger this evening (co-directed by Teller, of Penn & Teller... who apparently is having some difficulty establishing his own identity?) which was surprisingly good. Well, I kept getting distracted by the amount of blood that gushed from wounds made by swords that didn't slice the costumes, and hoping that whatever stage blood they use is non-staining (I'm sure it must be) but that's just because I'm *that* sort of person.
At any rate, we were on our way out when I was stopped by my 6th grade teacher, who asked wasn't I Lady Macbeth in 6th grade. Which, in fact, I was... possibly the highlight of my drama career.
