The NoMa (north of Massachusetts Avenue) Business Improvement District (BID) is hosting Artomatic 2008 at the Capitol Plaza I building, located at 1200 First Street (1st and M Streets), N.E., in Washington, D.C., just one block west of the New York Avenue Metro station.

Address included b/c it was nearly impossible to find. But this might be worthy of further inspection at some point. (compliments of leimon_malakoi for the link) I know nothing about the bands, but there's supposed to be art, and there are fire dancers and stuff!
