At the heaviest bits, the bottom of the driveway where our little riparian stream is supposed to go tamely through the little 1.5' pipe was ankle deep in water, spread out across nearly half the front yard. It started raining last night in time for me to open the windows, which is excellent, as my sinuses decided to hate me, and they have been doing so less with the rain and the windows open. Still feeling slightly sickly, but not nearly so awful as yesterday. And meanwhile, I am around 7/10 parts actually done with the package that needs to go out on monday (last swap for a while...) and still need to decide what I'm doing for one of the last bits.
So of course instead I cleared off the windowsill (something of a project in itself) and took pictures. This is better than searching the DOA marketplace for I'm-not-sure-what (fortunately I haven't found it yet, whatever it is... I am not joining the bidding war on the blank Beryl body...) and contemplating other dolls. In theory, if I were to finish this package, I might actually get around to stealing this dress off Lady to put the sleeves and ruffle on it or something...

Of course, the wig and the wild-eyed obitsu head ought properly to go together... and then she needs a body. (will not buy flexi-body, either! bah. Because nobody's going to make my harpy for me...)
( I am not the only one who watches the rain... )
