Etsy is up! There's even (one item...) there now. More will be added probably around one per day or so for the moment.
Meanwhile, I doubled my wordcount yesterday, and haven't started writing for today (I'm vastly more productive when I either have a deadline (ie, must go do something in half an hour, will write until then) or in the evenings, so I figured I wouldn't kill that time staring at the computer being unproductive today.) I have gone back and looked up my notes and tagged all my entries from the first time I started writing this. It turns out that the current Prince Akbar was formerly Theo-something (probably -dorus)... so, not quite so far east. I might change it back; we're in the standard fantasy less-restrictive medieval sort of a place, so as a friend to the very Anglo/french sort of realm, it's a bit more culturally appropriate. And the name sounds more dignified. (because it's so long and stuffy, I think... an Akbar would do great deeds, while a Theodorus would have read all the books in the library.)
And the interesting thing about Nano is that as you probably don't remember, I mentioned my mother handing me *two* books shortly before it started. And the one I haven't finished yet (The Amulet of Samarkand) was sitting half-forgotten on the cedar chest yesterday when I got an e-mail from the author talking about the writing process. Heh.
At any rate, I have gotten over the initial difficulty of re-starting something I vaguely remember having written before, and Caroline is thoroughly lost in the Wood and in search of adventures. Or perhaps just something to eat.
