dilly, dilly...
Jul. 9th, 2009 10:42 amMy most popular etsy item sold yesterday; I'm almost sorry to see it go, really, since it had not only about twice as many views and favorites as my next-most-popular item, but it also had a couple hours of spotlight on the front page. Guess I'd better actually make some more books, then... it's not as if I haven't got four or five in various stages of progress.
Aside from that, I've finally been getting my craft room sorted out, as well as the absurd pile of mending and partly finished garments, and working up to Actual Organization preparatory to cleaning for the weekend. And fighting the cat over whether he will actually eat all the little crumbs of his food or not, among other things. There were, I believe, vastly more exciting things I had to say once (or at least bits about having dreamed complex things involving school busses and dragons-- riding in the former to escape or perhaps consult with the latter, all of which was determined by which late bus route one took-- and then from after high school activities, it continued to trying to escape from a plague city, which required a little carved ivory card (sort of like a mahjong tile, only thinner and slightly larger with openwork carving and decorative cords) and a dead body to present at the gate by way of toll) but having grocery shopped and calculated my sale profit, I find that I lead a very boring life afterall.
But, if I were willing to give up on my friends and family and move to England, I could apply to be a witch. I suspect it would limit my internet access, however.
