Has anyone local (or who I'm likely to see in the next few weeks) any interest in some amish friendship bread starter and instructions? It ferments in a plastic bag for about 10 days with fairly minimal care, and then gets baked up into a very sweet & mildly spiced loaf. The instructions I got from my aunt include options for giving away starters to multiple people, or just keeping yours going.
