K-Starr, Cancan, and ReleaseRain have all sold forest-green w/black wigs very similar to that one that I can recall off the top of my head. Cancan doesn't have any of that cut right now though (their only black/green is here, (http://www.cancan-jseries.net/product_info.php?products_id=805) but there are some nice dark greens.
