doll punk!

thanateQuestion for the doll people (or, those of you who paint things, at least)... What's your currently preferred sealant, and where do you get it?
The can of MSC I've got is coming out all flakey, and I actually am pretty sure it went bad quite some time ago, if not before I got it, and the only thing I seem to be able to find around here is Testors dullcoat. So of course now is the time (oh, and it's cold and raining, too) that I want to paint stripes on my centaur and do something exciting to Miss Beryl's "new" hands...
