meaningless drivel

...and my brother is apparently incapable of managing to create a meal out of the kitchen in the house he's lived in for sixteen years of his life.

there was craft fair today, and holiday faire yesterday (at which latter I did not buy anything except food, but did fight at least one person I hadn't ever seen before... there were lots of them around, but I didn't manage to catch most of them... and two others I hadn't actually managed to fight before. And ended the day by pommel-bashing troyfish in the chest, which everyone else who heard about it applauded me for greatly and Giacamo gave me a quick lesson on how to break ribs for next time. um. and my legs are now strongly protesting the fact that I've fenced at one practice since Pennsic. bad me.)

Now I should be writing, having ignored such things all weekend. (sigh. in theory there will be much time in which to be productive tomorrow.) --oh, and the steamer trunk which has been riding around in the back seat of my car for almost a month has finally made it into my room! Now I just have to pick or force the lock to get it back open again.
