Does anyone know where to get buckwheat flour, or buckwheat pancake mix locally? One of my co-workers (who lives in Jefferson, MD) wishes to know-- so anyplace that's findable between Harper's Ferry, Frederick, Gaithersburg & Rockville would be convenient to her.

...and there was something else that entertained me at dinner, but it has fallen out of my head again.

Any My Organic Market would also work. One just opened in Frederick, and I think there's one in Rockville.
