two more days of 2007

thanate...and that is what I get for reading about victorian serial killers and eating the head off a marzipan pig before bed. Clearly I should do this more often:
I had this dream about someone who escaped Sweeny Todd (by landing on his feet when he fell out of the rotating chair thing, and then running out the back door) and then went off to rendezvous with a prostitute he was supposed to get something from (I'm not quite sure what, either a physical thing or a recommendation) and she was so delighted that he wasn't actually interested in her trade that she asked him to hang out for dinner in this sort of boarding house dining hall that her Madam ran (very civilized...) and was talking about some young customer of hers who she had recognized as being the son of someone else she knew, and was being very close-mouthed about who this actually was, since the boy only knew his mother, and she was going to meet him later on and probably get paid for the information on who the father was. She was kind of sorry for him, although I don't think the father was a bad person or anything.
And in other news, I should be moving right now, as I have promised to go help![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
grauwulf transport things from one storage unit to the other, and then probably staying through new year's, and I haven't packed yet. Hm.
(but! and it's all Tara's fault! What About Everything by Carbon Leaf (you know, the "live a life less ordinary" band? it's the second track on the disc, and now I may have to buy it... the CD that is, as the music download off their myspace page says in the terms and conditions that they (the resaler) can go snooping on my computer, which is not ok.))
