thanateSo, I've got two days to decide if I actually want to go to the Volks Elitest doll party, during which time (if I want to) I would have to order something from them (and they don't have anything I want... I mean, they have about three pairs of heels that *might* fit Lady, but who knows, it's not like they can be bothered to put sizing on them, since of course they fit SD-16 girls, and why would you need to know about cross-sizing?... but I don't like the styles and wouldn't pay fifty dollars for a pair of doll shoes anyway.) and then apply. After which I get added into a drawing to see if I actually get to go...? What?
Yeah, Dollectible seems much more likely, except for the San Francisco thing. Although really I should just send in registration for that and go out and visit people otherwise. kittymaru to see if I can at least expand my LJ friends' list to include other doll people, some of whom might actually make it out there. Not that I ever check my LJ anymore, since the world is saturated with craftster posts. And the crafty detective list is telling people they have to post more things, and be more active again. I'm tired of getting yelled at because other people aren't stalkable... if my stalker is a) reading this and b) doesn't know what I want yet, that's probably because I don't know either, and (s)he should just make something up based on the ample evidence of what sort of things I like. Blah, blah, blah.
(Ok, what the post said was, check in on the list (no problem) and if you haven't got 75 wists, try to get up to that, and if you have, add two more. I will be adding two more which are totally useless to a crafter, because I'm contrary like that, and haven't been MIA. phoey on you, you can't make me follow directions!) Yeah, ok, I'll stop whining now, it's not like it was actually directed at me. And I didn't even tell you how futile the cataloging has been at work! Tomorrow I shall be mailing stuff out and working on writing. Possibly indirectly, in which case, stay tuned...
