So Verizon came and did something to the DSL to make it work better, and so I ran the system updates that I hadn't done before. And iTunes now has *folders* in which you can put your playlists! You have no idea how happy this makes me; I've been wanting those since I got OS X in the first place. Yay organization, and not having to scroll through all the soundtracks and CDs I've burned for other people (and compulsively kept the playlists for, so I'll have a record of who I gave what.)
