Dear Borders,

Why is it that you claim not to be able to sell me the new Bujold book that released today until Sunday? I find this distressing, particularly as your website assures me that it is not available in your stores, either. Were it not for the free gift cards that I have obtained by using my credit card, I would definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

...who, as I believe I may have mentioned before now, have a Very Bright light over their back patio which shines directly into my eyes as I attempt to sleep. If I were not leaving in a few months, I would probably some day be driven to call them up at 3 am and yell at them for leaving it on. (Fortunately, this doesn't happen too often, but tonight has been a bit much)
