saladmonkeylamb's over 12 already!) and I have realized that I seem to be writing another episodic quest sort of thing, which would explain the lack of plot. Well, there's probably a little bit of plot that will kick in sometime, but meanwhile Catherine is running around seeing strange sights. So far a witch-woman of some mysterious sort who kindly tells her the rules (don't take food from strangers, don't make open-ended promises, and whatever you do, don't tell anybody your name) and a singing bone harp that seems to be trying to drown her... and I've inadvertently created two sets of sisters where one is blonde and more or less good, and the other dark-haired and evil. Although it may be ok, because one of the blondes turns into the harp, so she may not have been as nice as she claims.
