...and I have even been vaguely productive for much of the weekend. Yesterday I finished and cut out my coat pattern before going into DC to wander around museums with people. (And does anyone else remember the pop culture exhibit they used to have in American History before they started renovating maybe 10 years ago? Because the one they have now is small and pathetic, while I vaguely remember there being multiple rooms of stuff, with the only bit I recall for sure being a whole wall of TV theme song records, one of which was for Disney's Zorro. And the ruby slippers, of course, but they had a case outside the main exhibit, I think.)

Anyway, today I have bought thread to sew the coat, begun some of that, moved around some of the residual junk I don't know where to put in a semi-helpful fashion, resisted buying lovely wool/silk blend I didn't need for anything, put my own sheets on my bed, and made a stencil for the psychokiller barbie tank top that has been on my project list for almost 2 years now. And there is still more evening left...

Hmmmm . . . don't remember off the top of my head. I do remember that it used to be larger and more interesting. However, I do find the Julia Child's Kitchen exhibit, which was added a few years ago, to be pretty neat.
