Ok, it looks like thrift stores and used books are off the hook at least.

However, I am apparently still not capable of doing anything productive before noon, which is sad.

Eh the way they say it it sounds like "You better not sell stuff with lead or we'll getcha" but that they might not enforce it too strongly for the resalers. It seemed to contradict itself a bit.

Mainly, it means stuff like books and t-shirts where there wasn't any question of lead contamination in the first place won't have to prove they haven't got any to get resold. Which is a huge step compared to what a lot of people were expecting.

I suppose it means only paper/board books and not the plastic or cloth books? And why just t-shirts? Or would it be all cotton clothes?
