snow on the house of illness

We have lovely whiteness, which has finally (for the moment) stopped falling from the sky and now covers the back yard at an inch or so of depth; particularly lovely as the last several times that other people have reported snow, it has not managed to make it precisely here, much to my disappointment.

Unfortunately, I am still partially vanquished by headcold, and apparently my father has gotten something else different but possibly more unpleasant. Therefore, I am not running out to take pictures of my pale cold doll in the pale cold snow, which is sad, but preferable (for instance) to contracting pneumonia.

the yard is a blanketed with beautifully crisp snow, it's really pretty across the back yard into the woods. Finally some nice snowfall!

Maybe pictures of the pale cold doll in the pleasantly warmed by central heating, window?
