thanateWe have kitchen cabinets. In the 80 years since this house was built, this may be the first time it has had cabinets in the kitchen. (Of course, so far as we can tell it didn't originally *have* a kitchen, just a back porch where the current one is. The mind boggles.) There are even dishes in the cabinets, freshly washed. There's a proto compost heap with frame in the yard, and plants coming up all over. We have a plan for upstairs carpeting, even if it's going to take another week or two to get done.
We have 1 of 3 planned wedding favors, and #2 only involves a stop at craft-store-of-choice (and a little customization, of course.) There are very nearly weekend plans for the wedding weekend in a state to be shared with other people. It's almost starting to look as if we're doing something here...
