We have carpet! And you will never see this room as tidy again. But you will see more of this room.



The cat is suspicious of the carpet. Not only did I lure him into the basement with extra food!!! and lock him in for hours, but strange things happened to the floor in the mean time.



I havehad candy imprinted in greek. (I still have the wrapper.)



Mrs. Cardinal has decided to nest in the azaleas right outside the front door, so I have to go in and out the back so as not to scare her off her eggs in the cold. There are likely to be squalling (or perhaps very silent) baby birds for the pre-wedding open house.



...and I have discovered how to use my computer to take pictures. Behold a poor resolution version of the huge fuzzy partial gloves I made a month or two ago.

In non-pictoral news, I have not yet obtained wedding shoes, but have found a semi-decent option, if only I can find a payless that has the right color of the right style in the right size. And all the pieces of the dress are serged and ready to start assembling. Am horribly busy, and would really rather write an essay about post-post-apocalyptic worlds than pack and move, but some sacrifices must be made.
