a kitchen question
May. 24th, 2009 09:32 pmDue to the interesting layout of our kitchen, it was necessary to put in a smaller than standard refrigerator. Normally this isn't much of a problem, as there are only two of us, and we don't need that much food, but the door came with a built-in soda can dispenser that I can't quite work out how to remove, and as neither of us stocks or drinks things in cans, it's pretty much useless. Can anyone think of anything else I can do with that pre-refrigerated space, besides ignore the fact that someone else has balanced an insufficiently sealed jar of salsa sideways on top of it? (I moved the salsa, but I'm coming up empty on stuff I use that would fit there. And it means I haven't got a butter shelf, which makes me slightly cross.)
