although there not being two of me, I did not actually work out the proper pose and angles as well as I would have liked. And the tripod broke the screw threaded bit out of the bottom of my camera, with very little force on my part, and then the handle of my hairbrush snapped off, again under conditions of normal use, catapulting a hair tie into the land of things that disappear for eight months and then turn up mysteriously in the toe of one's boot. Tuesday was a day of incidental breakages, apparently. Wednesday involved large amounts of the Baltimore Aquarium, and today had brownies. But I was going to post pictures:

I appear to be going through a phase involving large pictures and much photo manipulation. I'm sure I'll outgrow it fairly soon.

Wonderful! Love the matching outfits and all the care in the accoutrements and care that has gone into them. I want to do one of these, but now I'm intimidated by how great these are! (Also I don't know which doll I would take it with -- so many of them are close to my heart...)

The which doll question was part of my problem... the pictures with Flopsy last week were my first thought, which I ended up going back to since they turned out to be easiest to set up. Then I was contemplating doing a meditative cross-legged thing with the new guy (who eventually I should admit to having named, I guess) since he's been sitting thus staring at me from the corner of my desk for some time now, and then I realized that I could imitate the outfit Lady has been sitting around in while she waits for me to finish her outer garments, and the tea party in a blank house just kind of flowed from there. I need to polish my silver, though...

Definitely looking forward to seeing what you come up with... since the DOA thread is closed, there's no particular reason to have to narrow it down to one picture, or even one doll. :)
