Today, we had the block guys:
Which is all very well, but I'm not too pleased by the mess they're making of the yard, or the amount of trash & cigarette butts lying all over the site. Ugh. (also, that black wheelbarrow? And the hose? they're ours...)
grauwulf has declared that this is his last weekend at work, but he is still going to work more or less normal business hours, so phoey. But I did run the dishwasher on an extra high cycle, and that and the vinegar we put in the last wash cycle appear to have helped. So, we'll see.
