(no subject)

So here I am sewing away (and it's funny, because at this point most of what I'm working on is random projects I got suddenly inspired to do, rather than "oh, no! I desperately need this for pennsic") and this involves a certain amount of sitting down at the sewing machine, which is on my rather solid wooden desk, and then getting up again. And every so often I don't pull the chair out far enough and hit my knee, on the corner of the desk as I turn around. The last time I did this, I realized a couple moments later that I said "Ouch" to myself slightly before I actually hit my knee...

This does not seem like a good sign.
