thanateSo there's been some talk on the Fallen From Grace list about plans for Coronation and/or War of the Wings, both of which are down in North Carolina (about a 5 hour drive from here). And, silly me, I went on a lark and looked at the event flyers and now I'm horribly tempted to go to one or both of them, because I've never been to an event that has horses before...
Is it really worth ten or more hours of driving (especially over labor day weekend) to go to a weekend event where I'll have to choose between fencing (with distant foreign peoples, possibly some I haven't even heard of yet!) and watching equestrian stuff? Because if so, I should pre-register soon.
