...What do/did you feed your toddler(s)?

We need more variety in real food (ie, not purchased jar food) that works for someone with no chewing teeth. Further details re: household favorites available upon request, but initially withheld in an attempt not to bias the suggestion sets.

Also any stories you're up for sharing about weaning (mechanics, motivations, when/how you did so) welcome.

here's a list of all the things we've been eating in order of introduction. all foods (except fruit or appropriate veg) were cooked until they could be easily squashed between finger and then cut up into appropriately sized pieces for baby/toddler to grab and eat.

avocado
banana
sweet potato (japanese, purple/red skin, white flesh)
yam (dark orange-red skin, orange flesh)
egg yolk (separated egg, cooked yolk, sliced it up for kid. she liked it a lot!)
red kabocha squash
acorn squash
kale
broccoli
chard
yogurt
quinoa cereal
asparagus
mustard greens
onions
garlic
apple
strawberry
mango
peaches
plums
apricots
oranges (didn't like them, tried again later)
around 9mo i taught her to drink out of a straw and we tried kefir, which she liked for a while
we ate these things pretty much exclusively until we hit a year, then i added
egg white
tomato
10-grain cereal (no wheat, rice before 12mo.)
kamut (pasta)
salmon
chicken
seaweed
cauliflower
rice
green beans, romano beans (she looooooves them)
pinto, black, cranberry, cannelini, garbanzo beans (she loves all of the beans, big time.) beans began around the 10-11mo mark, i think.
cheese
wheat-based bread was added around 15-6mo, more or less.
tried all the milks which she hated, and allowed more water which she was ok with, also semi-like coconut water. she has tried ice cream, but doesn't like it.
