I'm amused by the number of old lj-era types who have jumped on this meme with glee.

1. Are you an Essential Worker?
Not in any paid or outside of the house capacity, though I'm suddenly far more involved in my child's schooling than either of us particularly appreciates.

1a. Are you in a vulnerable category?
Not to my knowledge, tho I was just reading about how people are beginning to question what is actually a significant risk factor, so who knows??

2. How many drinks have you had since the quarantine started?
Tea, tea, milk, & more tea. My isolation bingo card also includes convincing grauwulf not to go out for a vending machine soda.

3. If you have kids... Are they driving you nuts?
Only sometimes. Though I am deeply resentful of this epidemic crap for teaching my happy little extrovert to be depressive.

4. What new hobby have you taken up during this?
Aside from pseudo-home-schooling, I'm mostly going back to things I used to do... dug out the post card stack with intent to send something to everybody (message me your address if I haven't got it!), currently working on a latch-hook kit for a unicorn tapestry rug that I got new from a yard sale when I was about 10, & have had maybe 1/4 finished for *decades.*

5. How many grocery runs have you done?
I did a bunch of stocking up before things got here & a costco run the day after the last day of school; grauwulf went to Giant last week, and I'm probably up for a Food Lion run sometime this week. Then back to Costco, I think, not sure when.

6. What are you spending your stimulus check on?
We don't get one (this is ok), but I'm trying to continue to support authors & artists & small businesses and the post office.

7. Do you have any special occasions that you will miss during this quarantine?
Pennsic, almost certainly. I was actually vaguely relieved when everything for Memorial Day weekend got cancelled, since I didn't have to pick between Balticon & my 20-year college reunion, or the semi-local SCA event the rest of my family might have pulled towards.

8. Are you keeping your housework done?
I think we're kind of back up to the usual level of chaos and disarray, unless you look in my child's room. I kicked everyone out of the house the last time it was super nice out & did ALL THE DISHES, & they're not back to overwhelming yet.

9a. What movie/show have you watched during this quarantine?
The Megatherium & I have been watching The Aquarium (re: animal care & stuff at the Georgia Aquarium)

9b. What books have you read?
With M, finished up the Missy Piggle-Wiggle books & have started rereading the Dory Fantasmagory ones; for me... A Countess Below Stairs, Knife Children, The Unspoken Name, The Winter Duke, The City of Lost Fortunes... fragments of gardening books & lots of stuff on the internet.

9c. What video games are you playing?
Merge Dragons (though not as much as previously), BlockuDoku (sort of a sudoku/tetris morph), and Animal Crossing

10. What are you streaming with?
the internet & grauwulf's firestick

11. 9 months from now is there any chance of you having a baby?
nope.

12. What's your go-to quarantine meal?
Still breakfasting on oatmeal with pecans & raisins daily.

13. Is this whole situation making you paranoid?
I'm not the paranoid one in this household.

14. Has your internet gone out on you during this time?
Ok so far, though a bunch of things are slower than usual.

15. What month do you predict this all ends?
I don't.

16. First thing you're gonna do when you get off quarantine?
No idea; if you mean what am I most looking forward to, then having the house to myself for hours at a time.

17. Where do you wish you were right now?
I'm ok with here-- we have decent access to a bunch of things including space to walk around the neighborhood, though my child would prefer to have a more level sidewalk for learning to ride her bike.

18. What free-from-quarantine activity are you missing the most?
Yard sales. Ability to visit the thrift store.

19. Have you run out of toilet paper and hand sanitizer?
No

19a. Have you run out of anything else?
Soda & pringles (the others of my family), I am down to my last bag of Trader Joe's frozen artichoke hearts, which I will miss.

20. Do you have enough food to last a month?
Probably if we had to.

21. Has anything major happened in your life during the lockdown?
Just the school thing so far.

22. What are you grateful for?
My yard, the postal service, living in a walkable-for-exercise neighborhood, decent meds for those in need of them, backyard birds, the internet, and that we haven't yet run out of milk.

23. Is there anything you'll miss about lockdown life?
Not that I think of.
