thanateAnd I came in to the lab at 8 to make sure Jillian could get in. And then Carey showed up, making that unnecessary. And Jillian didn't make it until later, since it was raining and there was stupid traffic. And a burning metro bus, apparently. (excitement!) Anyway, I showed up in no mood to label artifacts, and have spent the morning doing my christmas cards. And everyone trickeled in to the lab by about 11:30, so now there's virtually no table space left for me to do anything billable if I wanted to.
And I want to leave by 3 to head over to a library school open house at UMD, before coming back this way (through rush hour!) to go to climbing. At this point, it hardly seems worth trying to clock any hours at all. Possibly I will go buy stamps instead, since that needs to happen also. Sigh. I am such a spoiled brat.
