possible to-do list for weekend:
Feb. 2nd, 2007 07:42 pm*finish craft-like projects. Or at least one.
*unpack the perpetual delaware bag, put it back in the attic, and shake the dust out of my field stuff
*post something (as yet undecided) to my website. Possibly including the doll-reconstruction pictures.
*figure out if I have all the bits needed to do taxes yet (for which Louis Berger, Inc. felt the need to send me a W2 informing me that I didn't work for them at all last year. Oddly enough, I was aware of this...)
*decide whether to be social on sunday, and if so whether I prefer chocolate festival or superbowl party as a venue. (and if the latter, come up with an interesting food item to bring along)
most of the field techs (except for Tara, and for
garden_goth and Steve and I who are all variously unavailable due to trips out of town in the next two weeks) are getting exported to Mississippi to do actual archaeology for FEMA. It's phase 1 survey, in areas promised to be full of downed trees and other not yet cleaned up hurricane damage. Whee-fun. (actually, I could see it being somewhat interesting. But by no means worth missing the event next weekend...)
