1) I have co-workers; they've dug themselves out again, and showed up at work today. Well, except for
garden_goth, who went to get her car a bumper instead. I process smyrna surface collection bags much more slowly while talking to Tara. Oh well.
2) We have what appears to be about 2 or three inches of snow on the ground outside. It's covered in so thick a sheet of ice that not only can you walk on it, but when I jumped on it with my full weight, I left two shallow (maybe 1/2" at the deepest point) heel prints and no other mark. I'm pretty sure the last time I could consistently walk on top of the snow was when I was in 2nd grade.
