too much life going on in the world at the moment...

Apparently I am not destined to spend all day worrying about small business type stuff; instead I'm spending the afternoon in election officer training. Although I said I didn't want to work outside my precinct, so I *might* be off the hook for election day, since I think our roster is currently full, and I'll only get added if there are cancellations.

Meanwhile, grauwulf's apple of discord has turned out to be a onion (involving other people's insanity he has to deal with on many levels) and I am still less physically adjusted to the world at large (ie this time zone) that I would like to be. Oh, and I should call work and see if there is any.
